Nino Lopez Landscaping was founded in 2008 in Joliet, Illinois — built from the ground up by Nino Lopez with a commitment to doing the work right and standing behind it. What started as a small operation grew steadily into a recognized commercial grounds maintenance company serving HOA communities, office parks, industrial facilities, and multi-property portfolios across the western and southwest Chicago suburbs.

Over time, NLL made a deliberate decision to focus exclusively on commercial properties. Commercial clients — property managers, HOA boards, facilities directors — have specific standards, specific documentation requirements, and specific expectations around consistency and communication. We built our entire operation around meeting those standards, every property, every visit.
Today NLL maintains commercial properties across DuPage County and the Fox Valley corridor with the same crew-based, relationship-driven approach that built the company. Family-owned. Not PE-backed. Not a franchise. Just Nino, his team, and a standard of work we're proud to put our name on.
